Your Technology Guide
I've spent the last 40 years working in IT and Network, support and design. Everything from teaching executives how to use an IBM PC for email and word processing, that they then delegated to their secretaries anyway, through to designing and implementing databases and document storage and management systems. After a major stroke in 2010. I moved from technical roles into project management support and reporting for customer support contracts. I live with left hemiplegia so I've had to adapt my computers and phones for one hand use for the last 15 years. I've also adapted computers for a low vision user. If you need anything similar we can brainstorm solutions. I'm a general specialist. I can read almost any technical manual and explain it to someone else. I'm great at an internet search to find and implement a solution someone else has developed. I now avoid climbing under desks and doing hardware updates myself, but I'm happy to supervise others if that sort of thing is needed.
